Returns
- You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Note: Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not qualify for a refund.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (or bank account) within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund (where applicable).
