We provide Express Shipping as our standard delivery service.

• Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed and dispatched.
• Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location, order volume, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout according to the weight and dimensions of your order.
• Free Express Shipping is available on all orders above AED 300 (after discounts and before VAT).
• For orders below AED 300, standard shipping charges will apply and are shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number.
• You can use this number to follow your delivery status through the courier’s website.
